In the simplest terms, we guarantee that we will refund ALL your money if you are not 100% satisfied with the service we provide. If our AC, or heating technicians don’t meet your highest expectations, you don’t pay for your service.

On Time, Every Time.

We promise you, our client, that we will arrive at your home within the scheduled time window. If our technician does not show up at your home on time, we will waive our service call fee.

Top Of the Line Service.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we have provided, we will refund all your money.

Guaranteed Repairs.

We guarantee that repairs are fixed properly, or the repair is free. If a repair fails (within our written warranty period stated on the contract and/or invoice), we will repair it again free of charge.

HVAC New Comfort System Coverage

If your New Comfort System fails to work properly within one year of the original installation date due to defects related to the New Comfort System itself and/or our installation, we will remove your New Comfort System and refund 100% of the purchase price if we are unable to correct the defects.
